Trade union

In carrying out its activities, the trade union maintains organizational and financial autonomy, independence from government agencies, employers and their associations, political parties, and other public associations and organizations. It is not accountable to them or subject to their control. The trade union builds relationships with them on the basis of equal partnership, dialogue, and cooperation in the interests of its members.

The Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers is a founder of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus and its member organization. It has the rights and obligations arising from membership in the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus.
