Target:

• reducing the risk of death from external causes, including fires, due to citizens’ failure to comply with the basic principles of life safety, including fire safety rules;
• education, including legal education, of citizens in matters of ensuring life safety, including fire safety;
• raising public awareness of the capabilities of government organizations to provide services (assistance) in the area of ​​fire safety, strengthening law and order, and preventing offenses committed by citizens while intoxicated.

Tasks:

• dissemination of knowledge about life safety in society and explanation of the provisions of current regulatory legal acts in order to form a belief in the need to comply with the law;
• and prevention of offenses in this area;
• study of the state of security of citizens' homes (apartments);
• consolidation of efforts of crime prevention entities to eliminate causes and conditions that contribute to deaths from external causes, including fires, in homes (apartments) of single and single elderly citizens and disabled people, families for whom a decision has been made on the existence of criteria and indicators of a socially dangerous situation, citizens using their homes for drinking alcoholic beverages, as well as gathering people leading an asocial lifestyle.
